Okay so i know nothing about protein shakes at all but I’ve heard that if you drink those whey protein shakes it helps boost your metabolism?
Also do you drink it before or after you work out and whats the best shake that helps you lose weight but makes you get muscle too.
Mainly I wanna lose weight and tone a little,

I’m trying to eat every 2 hours so my metabolism will get faster, it’s hard cuz I’m not use to it. But I’m trying to do this the healthy way
A few months back I lost 30 pounds by taking adderall everyday and I literally didn’t eat for like 3 weeks straight. But last week I gained every pound back and I know it’s because I did it the unhealthy way. I still have the urge to go out and buy some more adderrall But I’m fighting it.

I sucked so bad today. I had Wendy’s chicken sandwich and fries for lunch then had a chicken wrap from chilis for dinner. Eating out is UNEXCEPTABLE. I’m about to work out until my whole body aches. I need to be punished
